Frank Morgan's Navajo Terminology for Foods and Nutrients is, in the words of its title page, a guide to standardized translations for nutrition terminology in Navajo language. It was published by the Navajo Nation in Window Rock and coordinated by the Navajo Nation Special Diabetes Project, and a series list inside the cover places it in the Diné Terminology Series with Diné Terminology for Diabetes Mellitus. Diane J. Schmidt's photographs were taken at family farms, farmers' markets and trading posts, among them Valley Trading Co. in Waterflow and Fruitland Trading Co.

This copy is the 2011 first edition, printed by O'Neil Printing Company in Phoenix on acid-free paper. The copyright page credits Frank Morgan as lead translator and author and says the book was developed with funding from the Indian Health Service.
