Tier 1
Core metro
Bernalillo County and southern Sandoval County. Any quantity. No minimum. Typically 24-48 hours from request to pickup.
- Albuquerque (all neighborhoods)

Tier 2
Volume-justified extension
Typical 3-7 day scheduling. Minimum ~3 boxes (~100 lb) to justify the drive.
- Valencia County (Los Lunas, Belen, Peralta)
- Southern Santa Fe County (Madrid, Cerrillos)
- East Mountains (Tijeras, Cedar Crest, Sandia Park, Edgewood)
- Northern Sandoval (Cuba, Jemez Pueblo area)
Tier 3
Volume-justified statewide
Estate-scale or organizational donations (~500 lb threshold) anywhere in New Mexico. Coordinated scheduling.
- Documented: Socorro (5,000 lb May 2026)
- Santa Fe (multiple pickups)
- Las Vegas NM, Taos, Española
- Las Cruces, Roswell, Carlsbad
- Any NM location with sufficient volume — call to confirm
