The UK Gollancz hardcover (January 2003) is the true first of the combined volume; the first US edition is Ace (2005). There was no Golden Gryphon edition of the combined book. The component novellas appeared earlier as separate limited editions: Diamond Dogs from PS Publishing (2001) and Turquoise Days as a Golden Gryphon chapbook (2002).
