Step 1: Contact Me
The first step is easy—reach out to us. You have multiple ways to get in touch:

Step 2: I Schedule a Time
Flexibility is built into my service. I work around your schedule, not the other way around. Once you contact me, I'll confirm a pickup time that works for you. In most cases, I can schedule your pickup within a few days.
Whether you need a pickup next week or in the coming month, just let us know your availability, and I'll make it happen.
Step 3: Box Up Your Books (Or Don't)
Want to make things easier for us? Box up your books, DVDs, and other items before I arrive. But honestly, it's not required. If you'd rather leave them on shelves or scattered around, I can grab them directly.
Condition doesn't matter. I accept books in any condition—worn, water-damaged, marked up, or like-new. Old textbooks, novels, children's books, reference materials—I take them all.

Step 4: I Arrive and Load Everything
On pickup day, I arrive at your location ready to work. I load all your books, DVDs, CDs, audiobooks, and related items into the vehicle. You don't have to lift a finger.
I handle everything carefully and haul it all away, leaving you with cleared shelves and a room that finally has some breathing room.
Step 5: I Sort and Redistribute
After I pick up your items, the work continues behind the scenes. Here's what happens next:
- • Resale items: Books and media in good condition are listed for resale, putting them back in circulation where readers can find them
- • Children's books: I donate many children's books free to UNM Children's Hospital, group homes for adults with developmental disabilities, school libraries in rural NM communities, and APS Title I classrooms in central Albuquerque
- • Recycling: Items that can't be sold or given away are recycled responsibly when possible
