Why this matters
Little Free Libraries are the most direct possible donation-to-reader pipeline. Books appear in a neighborhood box; neighbors take them home; readers read them. There's no shelf-life problem (books that sit too long get rotated out), no condition gatekeeping (within reason), and no transactional friction. How the routing works
NMLP regularly delivers a curated mix of reading-condition books to the Sunflower Meadow Park LFL steward. Books are selected for neighborhood relevance and weather tolerance. Drop-offs happen on a schedule that matches the LFL's turnover rate — typically refreshed every few weeks during high-use seasons (spring, summer, fall) and on request.
