A Book-of-the-Month Club edition exists. Do NOT use jacket price to spot it: the true first is itself unpriced, so an unpriced jacket is normal for a first and proves nothing. The book-club copy is told apart by its book-club copyright page and the usual blind-stamped book-club device to the rear board (and cheaper, lighter build) — never by the absence of a flap price.
