The Viking first is medium-blue cloth with a red colophon and 'Printed in the USA by the Colonial Press', its back flap carrying the colophon plus three Viking-Press lines above 'Printed in USA'; the book-club copy is darker smooth blue, its back flap blank except 'Printed in USA', and runs taller (8.55" vs 8.3").
