This 1981 Underwood-Miller signed/numbered issue is the first hardcover edition of the collection in this enlarged form; it should be distinguished from the separate scarce 1980 Underwood/Miller chapbook printing of the title short story alone, issued for V-Con 8 in small hardbound and softcover states, which contains only the single story rather than the full collection.
