US Little, Brown trade first is the true first. A separate signed limited issue was produced by the Mysterious Bookshop, comprising a lettered state (A to Z) and a numbered state (to 100), quarter-bound in leather-like fabric over marbled paper boards with gilt spine stamping and signed on the limitation page; that limited issue is a distinct collectible and is not the trade first. The UK edition (Orion) is a separate issue.
